I am a Master Reiki Practitioner based in Oxford who has been offering Reiki since 2020. I am registered with the UK Reiki Federation and am fully insured to carry out my healing sessions.
My background is Nursing, with 25 years + experience. I have found Reiki to be greatly beneficial for people with a wide range of physical, mental and emotional issues.
What is Reiki?
Reiki translates as Universal Life Force Energy. It is the energy that flows in and around every living being. Reiki is for everyone because we all have this natural energy. When a child grazes their knee the parents’ natural instinct is to rub it better, as well as comfort, you’re giving them a little Life Force Energy from the palm of your hand. The art of channelling Universal Life Force Energy has been around for thousands of years, and people have handed this tradition down from generation to generation.

I practise the traditional Usui system of Reiki taught by Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki in Japan in the early 20th Century. Usui Reiki techniques are part of a lineage and my lineage can be traced back to Mikao Usui . The techniques have been passed from teacher to the student through an attunement process. Healers who have been attuned have had Reiki symbols implanted in their energy field allowing Practitioners to channel more Life Force Energy than someone who has not been attuned.

Reiki is a system of healing and self healing that anyone can access and learn. It does not depend on any religious belief and is a safe non-invasive complimentary therapy that is focused on the whole person and the person's innate ability to maximise physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
